thailand with the sisters(:
it was amazing. and as deon says, its another step to our sisterhood...true true~
the thailand trip with my girlfriends was great.. except for the few mishaps.. many thanks to thse who sent us off.. haha but the reasons are apparent. no more shall be said.. hahas

touch down at thailand and the weather was dessert hot. our nice ying was there to receive us(: with our own 'super-artise' minivan.. lol(: courtesy of miss princess((: in case she says we didnt acknowledge that.. hahas we were brought to this really nice restaurant and ate much yummy food(: paid all by the 'boss' ... how cool. well, money saved!! we checked in to our hotel.. reception lady kinda know that we 4 wanted to squeeze into 1 hotel room.. me and fer had to take visitor pass.. mishap no1. de's key to her lock broke.. but luckily, ying was there to help us get a really big plier to cut open that lock.. we then headed to chatuchak since we were there on sunday.. many good deals.. things were really cheap! mishap no2. manda got heat stroke.. cos of the scorching sun and not enough fluids manda started feeling dizzy then blacked out.. couldnt see anything and started scaring us.. we of cos stood by her, frantically fanning her, icing her, getting drinks.. well, you name it, we did it... finally, i think the ice plus pepsi manage to get her around.. we then decided to go to some airconditioned shopping mall.. so we headed to mbk.. things there were relatively more expensive so we decided to go to siam centre.. it feels very bugis-y.. bought loads of stuff(: we headed back to hotel and again faced the lobby security.. this time we had to go through the whole 'get vistor pass' routine that we got so tired and juz decided to get another room. mishap no3... spent another 60 sing per person.. well, at least we got another room.. me and fer shared one room.. when we got to our room, we did the standard procedure of knocking the door blah blah.. inserted the key.. couldnt open the door.. by this time we were freaking out.. we knocked again blah blah.. this time the door opened.. scary~ there was this wierd sense of aura in the room.. we told man about this and she said.. this juz shows that your door is spoilt.. nothing much,.. LOL! which is true.. hahas for the 4 days, the door kept having probs.. so it was really the door's prob.. haha.. but the 4 of us were jus too scared so we squeezed into 1 room to sleep.. haah. waste of money..

next day, breakfast at the 45th floor(: nice view.. except that thailand's building were all smoked black... haha.. we headed to the four-face-buddah via tuktuk.. mishap no 4. this driver convinced us and brought us to this jewelry place where he said was on the way.. when he showed us the map, it was totally not.. like one was north, the other, south.. the driver had this typical bad guy look.. how scary.. luckily for us..he brought us to the jewelry place and not anywhere else.. after the temple, we kinda went into siam paragon.. not entirely for shopping, but for the use of their toilet. lol.. headed to siam cenre again.. this time, on the way there, we rmb to replenish ourselves with ice cold water.. bought this really amazing coconut icecream from the streets and their bubbletea(: nicenice! shopping the entire noon till evening.. spent about 3000bath.or more... the same amt i spent the day b4.. headed back to hotel via cab.. safer.. hahas.. waited to meet deon's dad and his colleagues.. we were brought to an international seafood restaurant.. AMAZING food.. we had alska crab, cod fish, lobster, huge huge prawns, and so so so much more.. we didnt even finish the food.. lol.. so waste of money.. and it was like super expensive.. 1kg was nearly 100sing dollars for one item..nuts. after dinner, we headed to the night mkt.. suan luam night mkt.. we totally embarrass ourselves when we saw a cockroach.. 4 of us plus de's future brother-in-law screamed so damn loudly that everyone turned to stare at us.. eek. we dislike roaches.. was super tired after the shopping and headed back at 12mn to our hotel..

3rd day, headed to platinum and shopped shopped shopped.. we did our nails and toes there too(: it was really much cheaper than in spore.. dinner, we take away food from our nearby street stalls.. included wanton mee, chicken kebab, loads of fat fat hotdogs..

lastday, we did last min shopping at siam centre and mbk.. every single min we were spending money.. overall, i got myself 5 pairs of shoes, 4 dresses, 1 shades, 3 taokeitoi (my fave!!) ...list goes on... it was a reallly really good trip.. i'm missing thai food already.. the coconut icecream, tomyum~, phatai... aww.. i loved their food!
